(1) If an industry registered as operating in one place needs to be transferred elsewhere for any reason, an application for the transfer of industry should be submitted to the open industry registration body in the prescribed format.
(2) If an application is received according to sub-section (1), if an environmental impact assessment or preliminary environmental test is required in accordance with this Act, the industry registration body can approve the transfer of industry as prescribed.
